Information collected
C3 Music Studio may collect the information you voluntarily submit through project, audio-review, and newsletter forms. This can include your name, email address, project details, service interest, goals, and links to audio hosted by another provider.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate audio-review requests, prepare project recommendations, deliver requested reports, and improve C3 services. C3 does not claim ownership of audio submitted for evaluation and does not publish submitted work without permission.
Service providers
Website forms and email delivery may be processed through third-party hosting, form-processing, cloud-storage, and email-platform providers. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies.
Marketing email
People who request the C3 Audio Industry Report may receive report-related email. Every marketing email should include an unsubscribe option. A project inquiry or audio-review request does not automatically authorize unrelated marketing email.
Retention and requests
C3 may keep inquiry records as reasonably necessary to respond, document project history, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion by replying to a C3 email or using the website’s project form with “Privacy request” in the message.
Security
C3 uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive data through public project forms.
Updates
This policy may be revised as the website, providers, or services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
